For every 200 points you earn, you can redeem a $10 voucher to use toward your order. E.g. 400 points = $20 off, 600 points = $30 off, etc.

Diamond level members receive their annual professional vouchers and complimentary treatments once per year, during a designated period. When it's time to redeem, we will notify you with details on how to book your treatment or use your voucher. These rewards cannot be requested or scheduled outside of the designated time.

There is a 60-day reward expiration period. Once a reward is issued, all customers, no matter the tier, have 60 days to redeem their reward.

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied will be refunded to you. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account to use at a later date.
